• We prepare and sign all medical, radiographic, and itemized billing documents required by your insurer.
• You upload the digital claim kit to your insurer's portal and receive reimbursement directly into your bank account.

We have a Direct Billing agreement exclusively with Healix International. To use Direct Billing, a pre-authorized Guarantee of Payment (GOP) issued by Healix must be sent to our clinic prior to your procedure.

2. How do all other US, international, and Mexican insurance plans work?

All other insurance providers — including US and global plans (Cigna, Aetna, GeoBlue, Delta Dental, MetLife, Bupa, Allianz, UnitedHealthcare) and Mexican insurers (GNP, AXA, Monterrey, Centauro, Dentegra) — operate via Reimbursement. You pay at the clinic and we provide the complete clinical, radiographic, and tax documentation so your insurer can reimburse you directly.

3. Do you complete English claim forms with US ADA / CDT codes?
